Los Angeles, CA - January 23, 2012 - Awareness Technologies, Inc., the only provider of Complete Insider Threat Security On-Demand, today announced an agreement with Tech Data Corporation(NASDAQ: TECD), one of the world's largest wholesale distributors of technology products. With this agreement in place, Awareness Technologies' cloud-based insider threat prevention suite ("InterGuard") for SMBs will be distributed through Tech Data's - network of over 60,000 value added resellers (VARs).
